Director of Campaign Operations


Kristina joined Artsmarketing in 2017 as a Fundraising Representative where she had the opportunity to communicate with the donors directly and to offer the donor a positive experience to the charity or organization that they were supporting.  Based on her success, Kristina quickly was promoted to Campaign Manager and was able to focus on advancing the donor experience through her team with training and motivation techniques.  Now, in Kristina’s new role as Director of Campaign Operations, she will offer our clients with insights on their campaign to enhance performance and experience while ensuring our Managers are well equipped to run strong campaigns for all of our clients.   

Kristina has been working within the Toronto theatre community for over 15 years, in various roles including Actor, Stage & Production Management and Producer, and she even had a brief role as a Lighting/Sound Designer for a national tour! Kristina has a strong passion for the arts and knowing that she can support organizations behind-the-scenes has always been personally rewarding. 

When Kristina is not at work she enjoys cooking, traveling, and binging the latest true crime series on Netflix. She also runs a food Instagram page that documents adventures both in and out of the kitchen. 

 

Favourite Pastime:

Spending a weekend relaxing – Especially when I get a chance to go camping and canoeing with my dog, Gigi.
