The 125-year-old Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra’s mission is to “engage, enrich, and inspire through unparalleled live musical experiences,” which is exactly what the upcoming season promises to be. Planned collaborations with both the Pittsburgh Ballet and the Pittsburgh Public Theater as well as ambitious symphonies, film accompaniments, and guest soloists have helped patrons overlook cancellations in favor of looking forward to a time when live music can once again be a part of people’s lives. The PSO is extremely grateful for our representatives’ feedback, valuing their opinions in order to determine what is best for their patrons, and for the strong number of patrons agreeing to subscribe.
